All deliveries above 10 people are free of charge , otherwise £4.50 delivery charge will be added to the total amount.

Delivery restrictions may apply in certain post code areas, please check we deliver to your post code area first, when ordering through our website.

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed,however we endeavor to deliver latest by 12.30pm, in certain circumstance we may contact you to inform you of any change to delivery times.

Set Buffet menus are served with a half and half selection of Vegetarian, Meat and Fish choices unless requested otherwise.

Products are subject to availability, where a product is not available as specified on our menus, we will substitute for an alternative of the similar type.

Buffets are served on disposable platters, paper plates and napkins are included in the price, where drinks are ordered cups are also supplied free of charge.

Invoices are posted on the Friday of each week and have a 28-day settlement period, and may be paid by cheque or BACS, we do not accept Cash on delivery (expect when we can not offer credit facilities) or Credit Cards.

When ordering through web site, it does not confirm receipt of your order, nor any responsibilities are accepted for the loss of your order during transmission, unless your have received a confirmation e-mail from us.

The Fantastic Sandwich Company Ltd does not enter in to a contract, unless communicated in writing and does not accept responsibilities to losses incurred as a result of non-delivery or excessively late deliveries due to circumstance beyond our control.

Preferential rates: If you anticipate to place orders of £1000 or more in any calendar month, we will be able offer a preferential rate which will equate to a discount of 10% or more of your total months expenditure. Please call us to discuss your requirements.
